In orthodontics, this includes diagnosis, treatment planning, and reducing variability across clinicians and trainees. More broadly, it extends to how professionals think, communicate, and operate under constraint.

I also teach in public health and healthcare management, focusing on decision-making, leadership, and influence in organizational settings.
