Bridging Clinical Excellence and Strategic Decision-Making
Welcome. I am a dual board-certified orthodontist and oral & maxillofacial radiologist. My work spans clinical orthodontics, teaching, and healthcare systems.
Most of what I focus on comes down to decision-making and consistency.
In orthodontics, that means diagnosis, treatment planning, and reducing variability across clinicians and trainees. More broadly, it extends to how professionals think, communicate, and operate under pressure when conditions are not ideal.
In clinical settings, I use structured, case-based approaches that bridge the gap between theory and immediate application. This includes calibration in diagnosis, more consistent treatment planning, and practical frameworks for managing complex cases.
In parallel, I work on decision-making and influence in organizational settings, particularly where time is limited, information is incomplete, and outcomes depend on coordination with others.
I’ve spent most of my time in academic and clinical environments, working with residents, students, and teams, with the aim of making complex decisions more structured, more consistent, and easier to execute.
This site is a brief overview of that work. If helpful, I’d be glad to connect.
